It is derby time in North London as Arsenal take on bitter local rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League. The Gunners are unbeaten in their last six home matches against Tottenham, winning three and drawing three. The last eight North London derbies have been won by the hosts.

Arsenal have thrashed Vorskla Poltava 3-0 in the Europa League on Thursday and have now gone unbeaten in 18 matches in all competitions. The Gunners have also gone unbeaten in 11 league matches, winning eight. With 28 goals, Arsenal remain the second-best scoring side in the league.

The Gunners have won four of their seven home Premier League matches this season, losing just once. There is the extra pressure of having to plan for a critical trip to Manchester United on Wednesday. Also, they have won only three of their last seven matches in all competitions, drawing the other four.

Tottenham start this round three points ahead of their rivals and are coming off an impressive 1-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League. Spurs have won six straight matches in all competitions and are picking up form at the right time.

Even in the league, Spurs have won their last three Premier League matches and have lost just once in their last eight (W7, L1). Away from home, Tottenham have won their last five matches and are the best travelling side of the league, picking up 21 points from eight games.

Fantasy Players to Watch

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored eight goals in the league and is one of the form strikers. Arsenal’s hopes of continuing their hold on this North London derby will depend on his performance.

Harry Kane has 18 goals this season in 28 competitive matches for club and country. That includes seven goals in 13 league matches. Add his great scoring record in derbies and Kane is bound to be a good pick in your fantasy side!

Dele Alli looked in great form in his last two matches for Tottenham, leading them to wins over Chelsea and Inter Milan. His two assists and a goal over the last two matches is an indicator of how good he can be on any day. The midfielder will be crucial for his side’s chances of beating history.
